If you hang it on a wall and the Nail is not short length then there will be a gap between watch and wall, and ""if this happens you will see that after few days or few hours the second hand will start going in reverse.""

With some clocks, adjusting the time can be a bit of a pain as the adjustment dial is sticky and the minute hand moves in uncontrolled jumps, but not with this one. The hands move smoothly and can be set precisely.
